The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies in order to provide its services in a technically error-free and optimized manner. If other cookies (e.g. cookies to analyze your surfing behavior) are stored, they will be treated separately in this data protection declaration.
Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
Browser type and browser version

Referrer URL
Host name of the accessing computer
Time of server request

This data will not be merged with other data sources.

If you send us inquiries using the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us in order to process the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
The data entered into the contact form is therefore processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal email. The legality of the data processing operations carried out up to the time of revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
Registration on this website
You can register on our website to use additional functions on the site. We only use the data entered for the purpose of using the respective offer or service for which you have registered. The mandatory information requested during registration must be provided in full. Otherwise we will reject the registration.

We only transmit personal data to third parties if this is necessary as part of the contract processing, for example to the company entrusted with the delivery of the goods or the credit institution entrusted with the payment processing. The data will not be transmitted further or will only be transmitted if you have expressly agreed to the transmission. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, for example for advertising purposes.
The basis for data processing is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures.
4. Analytics tools and advertising
Worldsoft Statistics
There are logs for the statistical evaluation of website access. These contain the URLs and IP addresses accessed. Data that may allow identification (IP address) is not stored permanently. We cannot draw any conclusions about the user themselves, but can only statistically record how often which page was accessed and where these accesses came from, e.g. via Google search.
5. Plugins and tools
YouTube with extended data protection
Our website uses plugins from the YouTube website. The website is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.
We use YouTube in extended data protection mode. According to YouTube, this mode means that YouTube does not store any information about visitors to this website before they watch the video. However, the extended data protection mode does not necessarily exclude the passing on of data to YouTube partners. This means that YouTube connects to the Google DoubleClick network regardless of whether you are watching a video.
As soon as you start a YouTube video on our website, a connection to YouTube's servers is established. The YouTube server is informed which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
Furthermore, YouTube can store various cookies on your device after starting a video. With the help of these cookies, YouTube can receive information about visitors to our website. This information is used, among other things, to collect video statistics, improve user experience and prevent fraud attempts. The cookies remain on your device until you delete them.
If necessary, further data processing operations may be triggered after starting a YouTube video, over which we have no influence.
The use of YouTube is in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offerings. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR.
Further information about data protection at YouTube can be found in their data protection declaration at: http://www.youtube.com/t/privacy_at_youtube .
Google Web Fonts
This site uses so-called web fonts from Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you access a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.
For this purpose, however, the browser you use does not connect to Google's servers, but instead accesses Worldsoft's servers in Switzerland. This means that Google does not gain any knowledge that our website was accessed via your IP address.
The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and attractive presentation of our online offerings. If your browser does not support web fonts, your computer will use a standard font.
Google Maps
This site uses the Google Maps map service via an API. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
In order to use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer.
The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offerings and to make it easy to find the places we indicate on the website. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR.
You can find more information on how to handle user data in Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/ .

Worldsoft Business Suite (WBS) is a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) that can be used to organize and analyze data.
If you provide us with your personal data via a web form or when placing an order, this data will be stored on Worldsoft AG's servers in Switzerland. After appropriate examination, the EU Commission has certified that Switzerland has a level of data protection comparable to EU law. Data transfer from the EU to Switzerland is permitted under data protection law.
Before transmitting your data, we would like to draw your attention to our data protection regulations. By submitting the data, you agree that we may collect, process and use your personal data within the framework of the legal regulations.
The purpose of the use arises from the context in which your data is transmitted. Your data will be used for the purpose for which it was originally collected. Example: If you order a product on our website, your data will be used to create and send the invoice and for any queries.
Legal basis
Data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. The legality of the data processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation.
Data analysis by WBS
The WBS allows us to divide interested parties and customers based on various categories (so-called tagging). The address entries can be divided, for example, according to gender, personal preferences (e.g. vegetarian or non-vegetarian) or customer relationship (e.g. customer or potential customer).
Storage period
The data you provide to us will be stored until you revoke your consent. After revoking your consent, your data will be deleted from both our servers and Worldsoft AG's servers. For more information, please see Worldsoft AG's data protection regulations at: https://www.worldsoft.info/5765 .

With the Worldsoft Business Suite (WBS), among other things, the sending of newsletters can be organized and analyzed. The data you enter for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored on Worldsoft AG's servers.

No further data is collected or only collected on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively to send the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.
The data you enter for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored on Worldsoft AG's servers.
The data entered into the newsletter registration form is processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your consent to the storage of data, the e-mail address and their use to send the newsletter at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data stored by us for other purposes (e.g. email addresses for the member area) remains unaffected.
Data analysis by WBS
When we send newsletters using WBS, we can determine whether a newsletter message was opened and which links, if any, were clicked on.
The WBS also allows us to divide newsletter recipients into different categories (so-called tagging). The newsletter recipients can be divided, for example, according to gender, personal preferences (e.g. vegetarian or non-vegetarian) or customer relationship (e.g. customer or potential customer). In this way, the newsletters can be better adapted to the respective target groups. Further information can be found at: https://www.worldsoft.info/5243/wbs
If you do not want WBS to analyze you, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. For this purpose, we provide a corresponding link in every newsletter message.
Data that we have stored for other purposes (e.g. email addresses for the member area, address information for invoicing) remains unaffected.

You have the option to revoke your consent to data processing at any time. A revocation does not affect the effectiveness of past data processing operations.
Instant bank transfer
On our website we offer, among other things, payment via “immediate transfer”. The provider of this payment service is Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich (hereinafter “Sofort GmbH”).

7. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. (“Google”). Google uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about the user's use of the online offering is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate the use of our online offering by users, to compile reports on the activities within this online offering and to provide us with other services related to the use of this online offering and internet usage. Pseudonymous user profiles can be created from the processed data.
We only use Google Analytics with IP anonymization activated. This means that the user's IP address is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by the user's browser is not merged with other Google data. Users can prevent the storage of cookies by setting their browser software accordingly; Users can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to their use of the online offering and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: http:// tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de .

Further information on Google's use of data for advertising purposes, settings and objection options can be found on the Google websites: www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/partners/ (“Use of data by Google when you use our websites or apps Partners”), www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads (“Use of data for advertising purposes”), www.google.de/settings/ads (“Manage information that Google uses to show you advertising”) and www. google.com/ads/preferences/ (“Determine what advertising Google shows you”).
8. Social Media with Shariff Module
The usual social media plug-ins (shown as buttons on the website) transfer user data to the social platforms (Facebook & Co) every time a page is accessed. Some of these plug-ins provide social networks with information about your surfing behavior. You don't have to be logged in or a member of the network.
We use the Shariff module on our website. A Shariff button only establishes direct contact between a social network and you when you actively click on the share button.
In this way, Shariff prevents users from leaving a digital trace on every page they visit and improves data protection.
With the Shariff module you can like, +1 or tweet - the respective social network does not receive any more information.
